HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE PREPARED IN THE KITCHEN

Follow these tips to prepare our products correctly.

Salsiccia di Sauris

Cod. 08002

Cooking methods: 
remove the sausage from the packaging and cook in a already hot pan, initially over high heat to brown it and then with the lid on over medium heat for at least 15 minutes, turning it often.

Cooking time: 15 min

Cotechino di Sauris

Cod. 09002 

Cooking methods: 
remove the product from the packaging and immerse the cotechino in a pan of boiling water, then boil for at least an hour and a half. Serve the product by removing the casing.

Cooking time: 1h 30min
